Dear Participants,

Please use this form to register for welding competition. We need complete and accurate information, so make sure you fill out all fields.

Upon submitting the form, you will be required to pay a $20.00 registration fee (for each participant). This fee is a non-refundable fee and is required before our admissions department will accept your registration.
